Personally I think this is a good move by the AD andWVU Board. We have to be strong on this one and not let RR get away with this slimy move unscaved. Seems to me lately that coaching contracts are worth little more than toilet paper. Hopefully we won’t cut a deal with Michigan and RR like we did with Belein. We gave up something like 1.5 million in that bull shit 9 months ago. This raping is way worse and we need to make sure the school and Athletic Dept. gets what it deserves.. $4,000,000! That would really help in the hiring of Nick Saban now wouldn’t it. ![]()

If coaches actually have to pay out their contract breaking fee, maybe they will think twice before they run off all the time.
If he pays the $4M, it will almost cover the money WVU may lose from a down year in recruiting, any player turnover, negative press, etc.

West Virginia University needs to step up to the goal line and score for all college football teams and universities on this subject! What is taking place in the world of coaching is nothing more than prostitution. Those getting hurt the most are the players who have played their hearts out all year long to perhaps make that cherished bowl game and then their head coach comes along and “tries” to pull their dreams out from under them. The gov of WV and WVU should petition the NCAA to make recruiting a coach from another school illegal until the NC game is played. If that rule is broken, heavy sanstions should be imposed. WVU would be thanked by many people and make a terrific mark in college football history.
