We get by with a little help from our friends…
Oh and we can get high with a little help too! Syracuse, oh buddy, oh pal, help a brother out! Our backyard neighbors sPitt couldn’t get it done last weekend… will you?

My prediction is Syracuse will triumph over the ButtCats. Here’s why:
- It’s college football and nothing is predictable. The last few years in the NCAA has proven that.
- Cincy is coming off a big high from their win over sPITT. They were even throwing oranges!! I feel they may be looking ahead without looking at the next game.
- Syracuse is coming off a huge high from the ND upset last week that pretty much ruined ND’s chances at the Gator and Sun Bowls. Time to skin a (bear)cat!
- It’s Greg Robinsons last game ever at Syracuse. I know they are happy to see him go, but he has been the players coach and I guarantee they will play their hearts out. He recruited them, they chose to play for him, they will play their hearts out.
- Everyone likes to be the spoiler, ask sPITT, it greatly helped their recruiting at the end of last year. The coaches staying will want to have this W and get some press with it.
- The Bearcats just aren’t winners. They haven’t won a conference title in 40 years.
“They’re hot,” Robinson said. “They’re on a roll. They have a lot to be playing for. It’s an opportunity for us to finish our season on a high note. That’s what our team will be all about, going out and giving our very best effort and let the chips fall where they may.”
One thing we have to remember though, is that is PITT beats WVU, this is a worthless conversation as the Bearcats will clinch the Big East title. So Cincy will know going into the game whether they have to win or not.
I’m sure you guys have some thoughts about this…. what do you think will happen?

You never know,With some confidence from the ND game the orange can win. Greg R. has nothing to lose and I think Syracuse plays their hearts out. Whether is it go enough or not I dont know.
You are more that right on the unpredictability of the college football season. Stranger things have happened. In all likelyhood will it happen? I hope so as a Mountaineer fan, but unlikely. But, there is something to be said about a teams that play with nothing to lose. Case and point, Morgantown West Virginia Dec. 2, 2007. A day that will live in infamy.
We can sit here and debate if the Cuse are going to actually help us out or not all week… The bottom line is we “CAN NOT” over look Shitsburg again.. This is our chance to get some sort of revenge against them. I would write more but just reliving that night sitting next to the Shitsburg section…. I want to break something and drink lots lots lots LOTS OF BEER!!!!! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ‘EERS!!!!!!!! $UCK PITT!!!!!
Amen Kev. I remember the death march out of the stadium at the end of the game, so eerily quite and somber. I hope I never have to experience that again. But I do hope PITT is feeling it Friday Evening! LETS GOOOOO MOUNTAINEERS!
If wishing were wings I would be flappin around right now, anything is possable,Ill light a candle for the “Cuse”.Now lets beat the ever lovin Crap out of the whanstachs’pitt crew.Go Mountainners!!!And Happy Thanksgiving to WVU Nation.
hey there any thing can happend so go mountainers beat pitt but go orange beat cinn.

CUSE on the loose.
