Pitt Football in the Pitts

If your in the mood for some funny shit in Pittsburghese, check out the Dave Wannstedt press conference that took place today. Excuses… Excuses… Excuses…

My favorite Wann-Stache Quote of the Day:

I think I watched 50 games on Saturday. I got up and got a notepad and pencil and that’s all I did was watch games all day looking for things that people are doing that might be of help.

Ahhhh, hey, Dave. Buddy. Your the head coach. You’ve coached all over the place, even in the NFL. Ah, I think you should not have to do this. It’s football buddy.

Walt HarrisPlease… WVU NEVER EVER hire this goof. I think Pitt might have made a phone call to this guy on Sunday.

My word…that guy truly is an idiot. That’s his idea of coaching? Sitting around on his ass watching TV????

As a Pitt fan, and supporter of Dave Wannstedt, all that I can say is…DOH! Watching tv ain’t gonna save yer job. I’d like to see him get another year to prove himself, but with losses like that to F’in Navy and quotes like this one; I’m afraid his days are numbered. Wanstache is making Walt Harris look like a genius; and that ain’t easy.

SHUT UP AND COACH JACKASS! NO MORE EXCUSES!
