The Bearcats are in Morgantown today to challenge WVU in a game that has major Big East implications. Currently WVU sits on top of the Big East hill and it’s ours to lose. We win out, we go to a BCS Bowl. This sounds easy enough after the mediocrity of the Big East this season but that exact same reason is why we can’t get lazy. The Big East has been extremely unpredictable this year. But I don’t want to get ahead of myself.. first things first… beat the Bearcats.

Here are ESPN’s comments on the game:

It’s a battle of quarterbacks in West Virginia, where Pat White hosts whomever Cincinnati has healthy. The Bearcats have gone through three quarterbacks, with Tony Pike playing the past two despite a broken non-throwing arm. West Virginia has won three straight against Cincinnati and leads the all-time series 14-1-1.

The quarter back situation is very interesting at Cincy, keep an eye on our D. I have a feeling they will try to shut him down early and maybe break his other arm!

Pitt plays tomorrow and if they lose to Loserville and we win by even just one point the Big East is a done deal and OURS AGAIN. See y’all at the game!

Prediction: WVU 34 – Cincy 13
